Saw your hands trembling, your eyes opened in surprise

It’s ninety in the shade babe, and there ain’t a cloud in the sky
I called you my child, said honey now this is our game
There’s two of us to play it and I’m happy to be home again
There’s a greyhound outside in the lane, it’s waiting for us
So tell him goodbye, we gotta go west on that bus

  1. pertaining to Elton Johns Blues for baby and me I took the chords posted and got through it fine except where after doing the g/c part it changes to G/F. The G sounds wrong. I’ve been trying every chord that I can think of but nothings comming together. I’ve got the rest of the song down but i’ts just that because of that G/F part that I can’t go on to finnish learning the song. I love that song and I want to learn it so bad. That one part is holding me back Thank you

  2. concerning Elton Johns Blues for baby and me the intro is fine then it gets into the lyrics. It all starts with D/C in the intro but after that it changes to G/F. THat G is wrong. I’ve got the rest of the song down but it’s that G chord that has brought me to a screeching halt. I really would like to know that song. please help if you can Gary

  3. Personally, I’d rather people didn’t post chords at all if they don’t have an ear. The G resolve at the end of the lines is supposed to be Bm. I mean WTF??
